A card on file is required for online booking. I do charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations under 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please reach out if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment before that time frame. I do understand extenuating circumstances occur and fees are waivable in such instances, however communication is key and no showing your appointment will require a fee be paid.
